Before setting Sanrai India in motion, she worked as a sales representative for Pfizer and was recognized in the top 2% of the sales force for 5 years consecutively.She has extensive launch experience in medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, such as Philips Sleep Labs in India, Resmed homecare division, Celebrex, Lyrica, etc.
She holds a Master’s Degree from a prestigious University in India.
Brig Gen. Pall S Sandhu

With over 25 years of experience managing mid level enterprises in addition to his splendid tenure with the Indian army, Brig Sandhu empowers Sanrai’severy transition with his boundless insight. He retired as the CEO of Golden Temple, an organic food company based in Eugene, Oregon.
He was instrumental in building the brand "Yogi Teas". He very successfully took a regional player and helped build that into a national/international recognized brand. Under his astute leadership Yogi Teas was recognized and won numerous awards for quality.
Pall also held the position of Senior Executive of Manpower manufacturing computer boards for IBM at their Site, during which time he managed a $100 million dollar technology portfolio and 600 person technology staff. Prior to coming to the US, in India he was Vice President for the Trident Group of Industries, responsible for strategic planning, human resource development and as liaison with the Govt. agencies.
Currently he is a management consultant and runs two LLCs, one dealing with retail business. Gen. Sandhu has a Masters Degree from a prestigious University in India.

Jim has been a top-performing sales professional in the domestic and international respiratory homecare and biomedical industry for over 20 years. With a strong technical and clinical background, he specializes in growing international markets and new product development.
Before joining Sanrai, he was the International Regional Manager for one of the healthcare industry’s top respiratory device manufacturers with sales over $200 million annually. His area of expertise entailed managing all aspects of sales cycle, product support, distribution channel sales management and staff technical training of medical diagnostic and therapeutic devices for hospital and homecare applications.
Prior to that, he was managingseveral of high-profile accounts of another leading name in the respiratory device industry throughout Latin America, India, the Middle East and Africa. Consistently recognized by for setting high standards, he’s been able to skillfully close deals that have generated over $17 million revenue, 50% of the company’s international budget.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences from Flager College in St. Augustine, Florida, and began his career at a Sarasota-based homecare respiratory company.
