An alumnus of the prestigious IIM-Ahmedabad, Rudra has nearly two decades of experience in handling business development and sales for key medical and pharma organizations in India. A results-driven professional, Rudra has held key positions in multinational organizations such as Apollo Hospitals, Avanos Medical, Medtronic, Terumo Penpol, Eli Lilly, and Nestle. Rudra is a quick learner, a naturally gifted problem-solver and takes great pride in his keen attention to detail. 



As the National Head for Business Development, Rudra leads and helps his team with his expertise in fields such as coaching & development of human capital, business process development, p&l management, disruptive marketing, strategic alliances and partnerships. 



In his free time he likes reading, watching movies, painting, cooking, and socializing. Rudra is fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, Oriya and Tamil.
